Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, becoming a member, reading, or purchasing from Novrena Digital Knowledge Institute, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared or resold.

Memberships and billing

• Library access is offered as an annual membership: $9.99 for your first year, then $19.99 per year, billed at the price shown at checkout.
• Memberships renew automatically at the end of each term at the annual rate in effect, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid term.
• Prices may change, and we will notify you before a renewal at a new price.

Refunds

Membership payments are generally non-refundable once a billing term has begun, except where required by law. If something is wrong with your access, contact us and we will make it right.

License to use our content

Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to read library content for your own education and enjoyment. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, scrape, or publish our books or other content, in whole or in part, without written permission.

Intellectual property

All library content, covers, logos, and site design belong to Novrena or the rights holders we license from and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Your submissions

If you send us messages, feedback, or support requests, you give us permission to use them to operate and improve the library. Do not send us content you do not have the right to share.

Third-party offers

The site links to third parties, including print editions on Amazon. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or websites. Any transaction you make with a third party is between you and that party.

Merchandise orders

Physical products are made to order and shipped to the address you provide. Shipping times and return eligibility are described at checkout. Please confirm your size, color, and address before ordering, as made-to-order items may not be exchangeable.

Voluntary contributions

Contributions made through our support page are voluntary. Novrena is a for-profit educational media company, and contributions are not tax deductible and do not constitute charitable donations.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break into, overload, or interfere with the site or other members' accounts.
• Do not upload or share unlawful, threatening, or infringing material.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to download content or create accounts.

Availability

We work to keep the library online, but the site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to outages. Content and features may change as the library grows.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Library content is provided for general education and entertainment. It is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novrena is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, shares access, or infringes copyright. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Novrena is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised version.
